HP Recommended

Twice I have ordered bags to recycle my old HP printer ink cartridges. Twice they have failed to arrive. Twice I have used the contact form to ask for help. Twice I have had no response. 

It seems as though HP are completely disinterested in recycling. How else can I resolve this?

It’s unusual for recycling bags not to arrive after placing the request. Please double-check that all the information provided, such as your mailing address, is correct and complete. Also, review your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for any communication from HP regarding your recycling request.

 

If everything is correct, we recommend trying to book the recycling bags again through the HP recycling portal. If the issue persists, you can always reach back out to us here, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
