HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

I bought an HP Envy printer last year that came with a 6 month free trial to HP Instant Ink. So I chose the option that cost $24.99 per month. The trial expired after April, I printed a few pages in May, none in June and have not printed any this month. I will be changing to a different Instant Ink plan after this month and wanted to know if I could get a refund for June and July since I did not use my printer at all those months.

The billing for Instant Ink continues until canceled, even if the service is not used.  Depending on your plan the unused pages roll forward for up to two or three months.  Note that if you change the plan the rollover pages will be reset to zero with the new plan.
