I was troubleshooting my printer and the pages sounded like it was printing, but the black.ink wasn't showing.

I did the Virtual Chat, but they couldn't answer my question which was how do I get CREDITITED for those junk pages that were "printing" out and not be counted towards my ALLOTED PAGES PER MONTH!
