Hi @Jenna97,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you were charged twice for your bill and need a refund as soon as possible. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this and how to get it corrected quickly.

Verify the charges on your statement
Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm the two charges, including dates and amounts.
Sometimes one charge is a pending authorization that will drop off automatically.

Check your HP account billing history
Sign in to your HP account and open the Billing or Payment History section.
Confirm whether two completed charges are listed or if one is marked as pending.

Look for multiple subscriptions or devices
Check if more than one printer or plan is listed under your account.
Duplicate plans can result in multiple charges in the same billing cycle.

Confirm your payment method wasn’t updated recently
Recent changes to a card or payment method can trigger a temporary duplicate charge.
These usually resolve once the payment fully posts.

Allow time for pending charges to clear
Pending charges typically disappear within 3–5 business days.
If one charge is pending, a refund is usually not required.

I hope this helps.
