I have tried contacting support, but I get errored out or disconnected. I am requesting a refund on any charges made since October 8th 2023. I had put in for the account to be paused, as it will not be used for a few months. Im not sure what happened and why it wasnt paused cause I have been charged since then. So I would like any charges refunded since the date of oct 8th to current. And a verification that the account is paused.
