HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I can not use my printer to print even though I have the same connected wifi for both devices and have ink cartidge. I am pretty sure it is because of the insta ink free subscription that ended. I have cancelled it through there page, however it still will not let me print because I have to pay for the last month and have to add my form of payment. Does anyone know how to fix this? If I add my payment information will I get charged? I never received an ink cartridge from them when I had the free subscription.

@omarfuen23, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Once the Instant Ink subscription is canceled, the Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work, as they require an active plan. I recommend switching to standard HP cartridges to continue printing without interruptions.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
