LaserJet M234sdwe

Hello Community Family,

 

I’m sure this is a very simple matter, but I haven’t been able to find the answer anywhere else. Trying to get an answer from HP directly has been problematic. A friend of mine had a LaserJet M234dwe that died and she replaced it with a M234sdwe under warranty. I set up the new printer for her, but I used MY laptop to do it. I was signed on to my own HP account at the time, so the printer is now registered to me under my HP Smart account. Her old printer was enrolled in the Instant Ink program. So, my question is – How do I transfer the printer registration from me back to her and change her instant ink registration to the new printer?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.  

 

To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
