I received cartridges via instant ink, but they won't work because it says the printer is not registered.
When I try to register the printer doesn't pri t or show the code needed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
You may install the regular ink cartridges to print the claim code. Refer to this document to know how to enroll in Instant Ink.
Under FAQ section, refer to 'What if I cannot print my printer claim code or get an error when I try to enter it during enrollment?' for more info.
