Reinstall cartridge error?

I keep getting Reinstall cartridge error .  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, clean the cartridges, checked for updates,  and more.  I have done every step suggested.  And I get the error immediately after closing the top or restarting.  I am down to the only option left, I need to replace the cartridge.   Problem is Instant Ink won't send a new cartridge until I correct the error.  So now I am in an endless loop because I can't correct the error without a new cartridge.     How can I get a new Cartridge from Instant Ink so I can get this fixed?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
