Hi @SamGem,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To remove the paper add-on for your HP OfficeJet 5252 All-in-One Printer while keeping your Instant Ink subscription active, follow these steps.

Sign in to your HP Account:

  • Go to HP Instant Ink.
  • Sign in with your HP account credentials.

Navigate to Your Subscription:

  • Once logged in, locate the My Account or Services section.
  • Select your Instant Ink subscription linked to your printer.

Manage Paper Add-On:

  • Look for the Paper Add-on or Paper Subscription in your subscription settings.
  • Click on Manage Subscription or Edit next to the paper add-on.
  • Select Cancel or Remove Paper Add-On while ensuring you leave the Instant Ink subscription active.

Confirm Changes:

  • Follow the prompts to confirm the removal of the paper service.
  • Review your subscription details to ensure only the paper add-on is canceled while Instant Ink remains active.

Your Instant Ink subscription should continue without any interruptions after removing the paper add-on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
