I got a "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed." error for my black cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, pulled power cord to reset the printer, reseated cartridge). I can't get through to live chat or phone support. There are a ton of previous questions related to this but response is always a private message.

Steps to do Factory Reset below and follow through the document.
BL = Bottom left of the printer's screen. It is the return arrow symbol.
TL = Top left corner of the printer's screen (Home symbol).
CL = Center left. It could be a return arrow symbol or a dash symbol (depends on the printer model).
TR = Top right of the printer' screen. Mention the symbol (Refer to the user guide for the symbol).
BR = Bottom right of the printer's screen. Mention the symbol(refer to the user guide for the symbol).Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
- Press BL, BL, BL, BL (Bottom left icon. The “return arrow" symbol which may not be highlighted. Look very closely to find it and tap on it 4 times) Buttons, in sequence.
- Touch Support Menu.
- Select Reset Menu and Touch OK.
- Select Semi-Full Reset and Touch OK.
- Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
- Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
