I need to remove payment information from the hp instant ink account. Followed all the procedures shown but I cannot find the link to remove my personal financial information

To remove your payment information from your HP Instant Ink account, follow these steps:
 

Sign in to your HP Instant Ink Account:
 

Access Billing Information:
 

  • Click on "Account" in the left menu, then select "Billing" or "Shipping & Billing."

Manage Payment Method:
 

  • If you have a Business account, expand the section for your current billing method.
     
  • Click "Manage your payment method."

Update Payment Information:
 

  • Here you can change, update, or remove your payment information. Although there isn’t an explicit option to entirely remove payment information unless replaced, updating it to another valid method or contacting support may help address the removal.

I followed the same steps but there is no option to remove the card. I don't want to replace the card but rather remove my personal financial information

Thank you for your response.

I understand your concern. For security reasons, I don’t have the ability to directly remove or manage your card information. The best next step is to go into the payment or billing section of the account where your card is saved—often under “Payment Methods” or “Billing Settings”—and look for an option to delete or remove the card.
