When I try to remove an old printer from my Instant Ink and Paper account, it says I have to cancel the subscription first. I already have the new printer on the account and don’t want to cancel the subscription. How do I keep the account and cancel the old printer?

While is it possible to have more than one printer in your overall Instant Ink Subscription, each printer has it's own subscription Plan.

Normally can cancel the subscription plan for the printer you want "gone".

Should you have questions, concerns, or just want to do so, contact Instant Ink Support in your region when the support offices are open.
