Bought this printer secondhand and it is linked to another hp account. I want to remove them so that I can use the printer fully, but I don’t have their account info or anything! Please help

I understand you are facing an issue with your Remove the previous owner info from your printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

I would request you to contact the previous account holder to cancel the account  and then you can activate it
