Recently purchased printer from Amazon warehouse but during setup for instant ink, receive a message that printer is already linked to someone else's account.

I have tried a factory reset but get error saying printer is a busy.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press and hold for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings.
