Our old HP printer died and, as it was out of warranty, we recycled it. We replaced it with a non-HP printer. I canceled the Instant Ink service, But HP’s Instant Ink System won’t let me remove the old printer. It insists that I can’t remove the only printer on my account.
How do I remove this printer I’ve recycled from my account? Also, since I no longer need Instant Ink, how do I just delete the account completely?
