How do I remove my printer  from instant Ink it won't let me

To cancel your INstant Ink subscription go to the Instant Ink website here.  Scroll down the page to the "Frequently asked questions", the third question is "How do I cancel  Instant Ink".  Click on this link, it will expand to say "You can change or cancel the service at any time by clicking HERE to cancel online or by calling... "

 

Please be aware of a few things:

  • Instant Ink is billed at the end of the month's service, so you will receive a final bill *after* the subscription ends.
  • Once the subscription has ended the HP Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work in your printer and must be returned to HP as described in the terms of service.    See sections 5.d and 9.c of the terms of service here.
