I am trying to remove my HP6455 from the previous owners' account so that I can use the printer (I keep getting an error in HP App about it when I try to do anything with the printer). I haven't found any way to connect to an agent to help me with this except for here.

I understand the frustration—what you’re running into is a common issue when an HP printer is still linked to the previous owner’s HP account. The HP Smart app won’t let you fully use the printer until it’s released from that account.
