For crying OUT LOUD!  Why is it if you go directly to HP Instant Ink, it redirects you 3 times, and every single page you have to log in yet again?  Today I went straight to my bookmark for account management, and it still made me jump through 3 pages of log-ins to get there.   A week ago it took me over 45 minutes to try to simply get some recycle envelopes.  Repeated log-ins on every single page, ALL WITHIN the Instant Ink location.   And when I finally got to order them, it said it couldn't process it.  THEN I read it will send an envelope with every 2 black cartridges.  Well, I only use a black about every 6 months.   The tri-color is used approx. 2 a month.  This is ridiculous.  JUST send the recycle bags regardless of WHAT CARTRIDGE IS USED!   And stop all the log-ins!    I know, I know, just ranting, but they seem to get no messages and never have any response to their crappy software.
