I replaced my ENVY 6055E with a ENVY 6475. During setup, I was prompted if I was replacing or adding the new printer. I told the app that I am replacing the ENVY 6055E with the ENVY 6475. It removed the 6055 from my Instant Ink account and all is well there.
However, at HP SMART the 6055E still shows under Printers and I can't remove it. No options exist. How do I delete the old printer?

I understand you would like to remove the old printer from your HP Smart account. Kindly watch this video to know how.
If this does not help, reinstall the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
