I have a printing plan including instant ink supply for my HP ENVY photo 7134 Printer.
I have an ongoing error on the black cartridge of the printer. I have completed, several times, all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, nothing has worked.
Instant help desk has told me that they cannot sent a cartridge until the problem with the printer is fix but I have numerus time told them that it is the black cartridge that is the problem but would not sent me one.
I have bought another black cartridge which was wasn't cheap (thats why I have ink plan eh) and I replaced it and now the printer works again......
As it is not a cartridge from my ink plan this is not recognized by HP Instant Ink. Now I would like my replacement black cartridge sent to me and what do we do about the money I have paid for the new cartridge????
I have had this problem for months now and I have rang to HP several time but they do not return my calls...
Please help me, please.

PS: I had a firmware update as well, so maybe that has something to do with it???????

Weve recently bought the same printer and just had our first replacement black posted to us and now have the same issue. It worked for 19 prints and now we have the same error as you. I've tried All the obvious things but when going onto the app it said new firmware updated. Have hp broken our printers with firmware updates?
