Hi - I did not update my address when I moved so I think my replacement ink has been sent to my old address. I have tried to contac my old landlord and go to the property but have had no luck speaking to anyone. I can't get through on chat or anything and I've been trying for a while - is there anything else I can do to get some more inks? I need my printer for work and it's out of ink 😞 thanks for any help

Hi @Helenjoy88,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you moved and have not updated  your shipping address on the instant ink account.

Change your shipping address from your HP Instant Ink account page.

Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

If HP Smart is listed at the top of the menu, click HP Instant Ink in the left menu, and then click Plan Overview > Change Shipping Information > Edit Shipping Information.

If HP Smart is not listed, click My Account in the left menu, and then click Contact Information > Change Contact Information.

Make any required changes, and then click Save.

NOTE:

Your account can only have one shipping address.

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!

Keep me posted!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
