Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I just got a new replacement printer and was told to just move my old printhead with cartridges to new printer. I cannot install my printer due to error: Used HP Instand Ink

Cartridge can only be used in printer that initially installed it. I have called HP support and the virtual asst and still don’t know what to do.

I see that you are facing printer issues.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from the below image to replace an enrolled printer.
