Hi @blayer

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Restart the wireless router and the printer.

Perform step 4 from this document.

 

Refer to this document to know how to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.
