Returning Instant Ink cartridges - during self isolation

Hello,

I have been an HP Instant Ink customer for many years -  currently I am in a 3 month isolation situation and do not have anyone at present who can post items for me. I am accumulating quite a few cartridges to send back. If I can find someone who is willing to post them for me – is it OK to just pop them into the post without getting a proof of postage as no-one wants to queue at the counter. Otherwise I will have to wait until I am allowed out. Seems we are all in similar situations.

I have been unable to contact support or get an email address to write to.

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

You don't have to send us the empty ink cartridges immediately. Stay safe and take care! 🙂

If you need Postage-paid cartridge recycling envelopes, follow these steps -

1.) Sign in to hpinstantink.com/signin. Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

2.) On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.

3.) Review your order, and then click Submit.
