Hi @Copyme1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you’ve recently stopped using the HP Instant Ink program and want to return your unopened cartridges, here’s what to do:

When you received your Instant Ink shipment, it should have included a prepaid return envelope inside the same box the cartridges came in.

Steps to Return:

  1. Find the original HP Instant Ink box your cartridges arrived in.
  2. Inside, look for a prepaid recycling envelope (it may be folded and labelled with HP Planet Partners or Instant Ink).
  3. Place the unopened cartridges into that envelope.
  4. Seal the envelope and drop it in the mail—no postage is needed, as it's prepaid.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
