Roll over pages

Hi. A lot of my rollover pages have disappeared does anyone else have this problem? My printer is turned off over night every night and back on in the morning. I have had Instant ink subscription for a few years and never come close to using my monthly allowance let alone my roll over pages. How do i raise an issue with HP
