Rollover pages are not correct

I am confused on how many rollover pages are allowed with the $2.99/50 page account.  From what I have read in the service agreement you are allowed 3 times the amount of your monthly subscription.  When your new month of service starts you could potentially have 200 total pages on the 50 page monthly plan.  I have never been allowed 150 rollover pages.  I would like to know what I need to do to have this corrected?  I have had service for 2 years and there has not been one month it is correct.  It is possible I am not understanding this process, but I feel like from what I have read I am able to have up to 150 rollover pages?  If anyone could clarify this for me I would greatly appreciate it.

I understand you are facing issues with the roll-over count.

If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. You can continue to roll over up to three times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50-page plan).

If you have printed all of the pages in your plan and you have used all of your rollover pages, you can still easily print additional pages. Additional pages are available in sets of 10-15 pages, depending on your plan, for only $1.99 per set.
