I have had a instant ink account for 2 years and rely on Rollover pages, this month for no reason it's reset to zero.

Because this is a terrible support service and it's almost like you make it difficult for customers to get help. Printer is registered along with enrollment in  instant ink

I understand the rollover pages on your instant ink account are set to zero.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
