- Rollover pages disappeared from dashboard

10 rollover pages should have come over to my January statement, instead they disappeared with the December billing cycle. I have made no changes to my subscription level. This is the second time I've have had issues with page counts on Instant Ink.

I have the exact same issue. I lost 101 roll-over pages today. I didn't make any changes on my account. Tried AI assistant and tried to connect to a real human and failed with tech difficulty.
Can someone help me too please?
