@suziethecollie, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

When you are enrolled in an HP print plan, such as the 50-page plan, you accumulate rollover pages based on your unused pages from previous months. However, there is a maximum limit to the number of rollover pages you can accumulate. For a 50-page plan, this limit would typically be up to 150 pages as rollover.

Regarding the usage of these rollover pages, while you can accumulate rollover pages up to the specified limit (three times your plan pages), you are allowed to use these accumulated rollover pages with your regular plan pages each month. There's generally no separate limit on how many rollover pages you can use, as long as you stay within the accumulated maximum.

If you find a discrepancy in your rollover balance or usage and the account indicates you are close to your maximum usage, it would be beneficial to verify the current page counts in your account to ensure they align accurately with what you expect based on your plan and usage history.

You can log into your account to view detailed information on your plan, rollover balance, and any additional usage:

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account or your HP Smart account for an All-In plan.
  2. Click on the relevant plan section.
  3. Look for the page counts in the Monthly print plan summary to see your current available pages, including rollovers.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
