Rollover pages missing

On 28/1/25 I had 150 pages on rollover balance, only for this to disappear. Customer services tell me “since you didn’t use your 15- rollover pages for the previous month,for the next month it will be removed and you will exceed your pages plan”. How can this be, very confused about rollover.

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
