We're signed up for the 50 pages a month for $4.99+taxes plan, but have only used 5 pages a month for the previous 2 months. So we should have had 90 rollover pages left. This month we've printed 80 pages, but instead of using up our rollover pages we're being charged for 30 pages at $1 per 10 pages. Where are our rollover pages? Why aren't they showing?
