I was on the 50 pages a month print scheme and which was getting 150 rollover pages, I looked at my account and it said I only now have 10 rollover pages, I upgraded to the 100 page a month straight away and it said I'm supposed to get 300 rollover pages a month but still only getting 10, this has only happened today 28th july 23, and I'm going to be charged additional pages on top.  What has happened to the rollover pages and why isn't anybody getting back to me on WhatsApp chat, it keeps saying there's something wrong with the bot and can't reply on WhatsApp. Hopefully someone will get back to me on here.
