I decrease my plans where I would get 150 rollover pages but I now have no rollovers plans.  I had 120 rollover pages in previous month. Why do I have none now?

Hi @bowl105 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Once the plan is changed the rollover pages change according to the New Plan

Please refer to this Document:  Instant Ink account management (How are pages counted for Instant Ink?)

Have a great day ahead!
