I received the ink box in the post last month but didn't open it until now when my printer said out on colour ink and to change it. To my surprise, there was only a black ink in the box. So I can't print but I am paying £9.99 a month for an instant ink supscription. What do I do now? Cant even find an email address for instant ink to let them know I have no ink and not received one.
