Scanning or Copy issue

My HP DeskJet 4152e prints well online but when making a copy doesn't copy the whole document

I might not understand the question / problem.

New problem?

Does not copy the entire page?

OR

Does not copy more than the first page of a multiple page document?

Have you tried Scan the original > Save scanned content > Open PDF file and Print?

What else have you already tried?
