Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

I have a HPEnvy6000e, j bought it second hand from someone else online. When I attempted to register my second hand printer to my HP account it wouldn’t allow me to because the printer is connected to the old HP account and when I contacted the individual she couldn’t remember the log in details and so can’t access the account. So now I have a prinkter that won’t work?? I ordered some HP ink from Amazon (Amazon HP InstantInk starter Kit) it wouldn’t allow me to register the ink, so I can’t even use the printer at all! I need to find a way to register the printer to my HP account rather than the previous owners. I need to use this printer for uni in the next few days so I am stressed and upset as I feel like I’ve been scammed.
