I cancelled the enrollment of one of my printers because it died on me but I got charged for ink and the ink was sent anyway. I have no use for this ink and want to return it an get my money refunded. I can't find any way possible to email or contact this site in anyway. Can someone please give me some information on how to return these cartridges and get my money back? Email? Phone? It wouldn't even let me pull up a chat to talk to someone. Thanks.
