Hi, I'm trying to set up instant ink on my printer.  I have reached the page to provide my shipping address but I've been getting this error message "Server Error. Try again soon." for over 2 months now.  I've tried everything and its very frustrating that I cannot get this fixed.  Could someone help me please?

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Make sure the devices are connected to the internet.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

Try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.

If the issue persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support

Thank you for getting back to me.  I've tried everything but I still get the error message and for me to contact HP support, I've got to pay since my warranty expired recently

As you are trying to enroll in Instant Ink, you do not have to pay. Instant Ink customers have the liberty of free phone assistance.

Dial the number on the Instant Ink website in your region for further assistance.
