I am getting "Server Error. Try again soon" message when I try to enter shipping address. Can someone help me out, please?

How are you trying to place an order for instant ink?

Hi Sandy

I worked it out with the support staff over a call. Apparently the my location country associated with the account was different from the country to which I was trying to ship the cartridges. 
I rectified it by creating another account using a different email id.
