I have talked with the Instant Ink tech support twice, rebooted my computer and printer several times, tried different browsers, and have repeated the registration process over and over with the same result: "Server error. Try again later." My printer purchase made yesterday (6/15/2022) came with a credit of $288.00 worth of instant ink that I can't register. What is wrong with the HP process. It's been going on for a long time according to the comments. Would like some help with this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's remove and add web services: Remove Web Services To remove Web Services, complete the following steps: 1. From the printer control panel display, touch (HP ePrint), and then touch Settings. 2. Touch Remove Web Services.
NOTE: If a printer update is available, the printer will download and install the update, and then restart. You will have to repeat the instructions from step 1 to set up HP ePrint.
NOTE: If prompted for proxy settings and if your network uses proxy settings, follow the onscreen instructions to set up a proxy server. If you do not have the proxy details, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the network. 5. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.
