So just in the process of setting this all up and at the stage where I am asked to get a code from the printer to enable the delivery of ink cartridges. My daughter has already set up the app on her phone. She hasn’t entered the code to be supplied as she doesn’t have card details but I am unable to continue with the ink registration as the code has allocated itself to her account. What do I do? Can there be more than one user for this printer/app?
