I am trying to set up my  new hp envy photo 6234 but it just keeps printing blank! What am I doing wrong? I have set up the apps it's sounds like it's printing but the page is blank?

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

I contacted HZp and they reset my printer as I kept getting an error when trying to subscribe to the ink ordering service. It still was printing blank pages. I'm  going to try and replace the cartridges and see if that's what's wrong

I'm using an Samsung Android tablet . They are connecting but  printing blank pages?

I got through to help on what's app option and albeit it took 11/2 they talked me through resetting my printer which allowed me to set up instant ink as I think it wasn't printing because the cartridges were faultyThe ink arrived yesterday and once I put them in it printed properly 😊
