When I try to enter my shipping address when signing up for instant ink I get an error. This has been happening for a week now. Says try again but I haven't been able to enter my information on any platform.

Was the printer purchased from a different location or region? To fix this issue will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
