Signing up a previously registered Instant Ink printer to different Instant Ink account

Due to an office relocation from home my employer cancelled the instant ink program for my work from home printer and I'm trying to add it to my plan.  Because it has instant ink cartridges installed it now has locked all printing so I can't print a printer code and I get a "this printer is already enrolled" when I  try to set it up.  I used virtual chat to attempt to peak to someone and filled out all my details but 48 hours later I've had no call back.
