Product: HP DeskJet 2942 All-in-One Printer

Is there any way to actually remove my billing information from instant ink? I've been wanting to remove it and the update billing is legit grayed out. So I am really at a wall at the moment, looking online all I've seen is "contact an agent," and the agent is an AI who I can barely can an actual answer through. So overall, how the heck do I remove it, I just want it gone from the instant ink account!
