@Blueberry00, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To check if you are enrolled in the HP Instant Ink or HP+ service, follow these steps:

Log in to your HP Account:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website and sign in with your HP account credentials.

Check Subscription Details:

  • Once logged in, navigate to the "My Account" or "Subscription" section. Here, you should see details about your enrollment, including your plan and cartridge status.

Verify Printer Enrollment:

  • On your printer's control panel, navigate to the "Instant Ink" or "Cartridge" section to look for any messages or prompts regarding enrollment.
  • Alternatively, open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device, go to "Printer Settings," and check for Instant Ink settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
