HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows XP

I sold my HP Officejet 4632. I had already cancelled my instant ink subscription weeks before. When the buyer tried to set it up, he was halted by a pop up that said he had to sign up for an instant ink subscription to go any further. He said, the printer worked fine until he connected it to the internet. Also, Instant ink still took the money out of my account 2 days after I cancelled, so technically, my subscription should still be valid until October 19th. I'm not sure what needs to be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you cancelled instant ink, then any instant ink cartridges you had left that you included with the printer will not work. The person you sold the printer to will need to purchase regular consumer supplies or sign up for instant ink themselves.
