Instant ink program works perfectly if you are a regular user - as I could verify in the last three years.

But if you allow me to change my plan whenever I want - upgrading, for example, from a 50 pages to a 300 pages/month as I did 8 days ago - you should be able to provide me additional ink in a more reasonable time.

I'm writing from Italy.

I saw new ink was sent INSTANTLY but I run out of black ink in 1 day and I couldn't print for ONE WEEK... and the cartridges looks to be still stuck in Germany (according to shipment details)!

I would suggest to consider an EXPRESS DELIVERY in case of plan upgrading.
